Our Manufacturing customers enjoy the power of the having many software tools at hand. One handy feature is our Variable Job Cost capability. If you’re starting a job and don’t know what Inventory items or third party operations will be used when the job is started, you’ll appreciate the ability to create a job and add items to that job on the fly. Once the job leaves the shop floor and you have captured all elements of that job, you can close it and pass it on to the billing department.
- Job Costing is implemented throughout the entire system so that revenue and expenses can be allocated immediately to various projects
- Interfaced to Accounts Payable, Sales Orders, Service Orders, Time Cards, and Payroll
- Ability to charge a “retail value” for payroll wages on any job
- Automatic pop-up feature for linked account selection
- Separate Job accounts can be created.
- Allocate job costs on a per line basis in Sales Orders (Ability to allocate one job per line.)
- Ability to reallocate job costs after posting
- Available Variable Job Cost Manufacturing model provides maximum flexibility on jobs, allowing for cost accumulation as opposed to after-the-fact cost allocation
