Where no connection is found, you can work on the iPad as a stand-alone device, then automatically upload field service data to your company's server once a cell or WiFi connection is established. Create a Field Service Ticket from the device and collect the signature and authorization information from the site foreman, or manager. The system will e-mail a copy to the customer and is ready to back up billing to your customer once a connection is established.
